Weekend Update

Hi There:

Many of you have asked when or will I ever teach class on Sunday. Well, you now have your wish come true. I'm now teaching a 4pm Sunday class at Twist Power Yoga in Dallas (corner of Marsh/Forest). I also teach there on Wednesdays - 8:30am.

And, I want to say I had a wonderful time this this weekend having dinner with an up and coming Yoga instructor - Beca! Her life story is amazing. I know students who attend her classes will be blessed. Look for more information on her in the future. Many thanks also to Thomas for keeping the kids while we fellowship.
