This is pretty simple, make yourself a list of just 5 things that excites you.  Don't get into the details.   

After you create the list, immediately find ways to integrate each one into your daily or weekly routine.

In doing this you will find yourself going through life in a wave of total excitement that will lift you up and maybe others.  They will then see (as you will see) life is worth living!
