Thought For Today - 10/31/09

I found that money will not give me security. Security comes from having an unshakable connection with God. Once I made that connection, money flows more easily into my life.

I found that the love I sought was not in another person. But, the love I found with in Christ - the true love.

Once I found what I was seeking, I found emotional healing. I found in order for me to get full-time rewards from God I could not be in a part-time relationship with Him. It had to become a priority. I also found that the rewards I receive are not for me alone - but for others! The rewards are actually meant to serve as a demonstration of what is possible for others.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/30/09

I run into many people with the idea that they have to suffer or live in poverty in order to be spiritual. This concept is also found in many Christian belief systems too.

I must admit, I use to carry this idea around subconsciously, and it actually held me back from financial or emotional well-being, believing that this is what I had to do in order to be virtuous, spiritually awake, or feel less guilty for the others who didn't have.

I find no where in the Word of God that there can be a spiritual purpose to experiencing a lack of material well-being. It can be true that material abundance can distract us from being as spiritual as we could.

But, once we recognize this and keep spiritual things at the center of our heart, there is no reason to dwell in poverty. In fact I have personally found that once my spiritual connection with God was fully intact, I now feel so compelled to share my abundance and lack has become a thing of the past!

Joseph

Hey, today, lets be a blessing to someone. Bless someone today. Encourage someone today. Expose yourself to them in love and peace.

Let your love rub off on them. Make it a priority today to trust God and diligently seek Him in finding that person(s) to bless.

What a great opportunity to take part in being a blessing, showing God's goodness beyond yourselves and get Him into your world and into the lives of the people who you come in contact with but don't know Him.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/28/09

I can only speak for myself regarding the following. I, as a Yoga instructor am here to serve. If not, then why am I teaching? I have so much room in my heart for others! I see students as gifts from above (God). I see them as precious gifts that I may have only for a short while. This is how I think.

I set aside time every day to meditate on staying right in the middle of the place of BLESSING from God, no matter what is going on in the world around me. I have an assignment from heaven, and it requires taking my place in THE BLESSING and not being moved - not just for my own sake, but for the sake of the millions of people around the world who need to see living proof that God loves them!

Yes, I plan on traveling around the world teaching Yoga letting all who will listen that I'm living proof that God loves them! I am blessed to be a blessing!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/27/09

I never have to worry about not having enough love inside of me. The Word of God states that God's love is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. God's love is in me and it is in you too! What you must do is to make a decision to let it flow. I did.

Ask God to help you make a strong commitment today to live the life of love, letting it flow through you and heal the wounded hearts of those you come in contact with. Ask God to teach you how to love when things go wrong. To be patient and kind, to overlook spiteful words. To rejoice when you see others being promoted. Ask God to teach you to talk in love, leaving gossip alone.

Today, make a decision that love is already on the inside of you. Today, resolve to remove every obstacle that would keep love from flowing in your life to others. Put resentments behind you and forgive ALL that have wrong you.

In the days to come, God will increase and excel and overflow you with His love as you do the above. This world needs God's love now more than ever. Be a living example of His Love!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/26/09

For the past several weeks, many doors have been opened up for me to teach at new places. Yes, I'm taking the opportunity to walk through those doors. I have so much faith and trust that the doors being opened NOW are for a reason and I have been guided to them (through meditation and other things I have been doing).

Sometimes I have a tendency to over analyze or agonize over decisions of this type. Yet, I have found it is easier and faster to simply go through the doors and discover what’s there as that is the only way to know. Yes, there have been times when it didn't seem right at first, but opening that door actually lead to another door that took me where I need to go.

The time is NOW and right for me to enter a new place of ministering, and I have faith that walking through these doors are the right things to do. However, there were times I was afraid of leaving my old life for a life I knew nothing about.

I heard voices inside of my head that try to hold me back or people in my life saying discouraging things. Yet, none of those voices held me back, and they will fall silent as soon as I cross my threshold.

There will be many doors and opportunities that will open your life, moving you into new relationships, jobs, friendships, etc. Your lives up to this point are the result of all the doors you have walked through, and your continued growth depends on your willingness to keep moving into new places.

Every time you walk through an open door, you create a memory that encourages you to move into the new fearlessly. When you enter the new places, you almost always feel a thrill and a new feeling of confidence, knowing you are in the Master Plan of God for your life.

So, my advise to you - WALK THROUGH THE DOOR!

Receiving God's goodness is through faith, just like everything else we receive from God. We see and hear God's Word and get it into our hearts.

We focus on what comes out of our mouths regarding His goodness and we stop speaking evil and deceitful things. We stop talking bad news!

God's goodness leads us to see things and people differently. Even in the mist of trouble - we have peace. Our faith in His ultimate goodness will be evident during trouble.

And it will be evident to those who are watching up. And it will be evident to those who are watching us. When they hear and see us draw on the goodness of God, they will see God work in our lives.

Thought For Today - 10/24/09

I found myself repenting to God the other night due to my comments I made about someone. Yes, it happens to me too. The starting place for us to receive God's goodness - our loving and living in the good days - is directly related to our relationships with people.

Our receiving God's goodness beyond measure is dependent of our interaction in the love of God with the rest of this world He loves so much!

Once we get the foundational truth in us that God desires to load His goodness into our lives, we can't go around continuing in our old way of life. We can't continue to treat people hatefully. We can't continue to lie and cheat and steal from them, or stay at war with them.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/23/09

It seems as if Fall is upon us. The weather is becoming cooler or cold at times. I have in the past during cold weather - shrug my shoulders, huddle into myself and even grit my teeth during walking from one place to another.

However, as I have been doing Yoga, I now stand straight. I'm more open to all things. I no longer fight the world around me.

Yes, your skin may get dry and cracked, your mood less optimistic as we face some periods of darkness and cold for the next few month. But, as I often tell students in Yoga classes - don't fight the pose - just breathe.

So for you, why not align yourselves with the season? Accept that there is change in the world around us. Let us embrace and accept and celebrate the changes within ourselves. (I am!) When we are in togetherness with those changes--both outside and in - true peace will come to you!

Thought For Today - 10/22/09

We are spiritual beings. We have a soul - which is the mind, the will and the emotions. We live in a body. Conclusion - we should be prospering in all three areas: spiritually, mentally and physically.

To prosper spiritually, you must be born again. When you accept Jesus as your Savior and make Him the Lord of your life, your spirit is reborn and brought into fellowship with the Father. This puts you in a position to receive from Him ALL the things promised in His Word (the Bible).

To prosper in your soul, you must be able to control your mind, your will and your emotions. Prosperity of the mind comes when you use accumulated knowledge - controlling your mind instead of your mind controlling you.

You cannot control your mind completely without the Word of God being alive and operating inside you!

When your soul is prosperous, your will is in line with God's will. How can you get in line with God's will? You can't until you know what His Word says. His Word and His will are the same. If you are in line with the Word of God, you are in line with the will of God.

Much love,
Joseph

Your words are actually promises. Keeping good on your words often proves more challenging because many people when pressured strive always to be perfect. They find it easier to agree with un-truth.

When you are consistently keeping your word, your reputation is protected. You can even promote yourself as someone who can be trusted and unfailingly truthful. I have seen in my own personal life that if I say something by mistake which is not true and it can happen, but because I live such a life of truth, truth is always with me. Truth is God.

In short, our words can be one of the most precious things we have! The more we lead a life of truth, the more we see the fruits of it and this encourages us to be keep living a life of truth.

Integrity is the foundation of truth in my opinion. When we walk in integrity, you will put aside fear and apprehension. Our integrity will put people at ease, feel comfortable in seeking our friendship.

Living a life of telling the truth can be a challenging journey, but your charter will come forth. There is power in your word. When we keep our word, walk and live in integrity we prove that we are worthy of trust.

Follow truth and truth will follow you. Follow LOVE(God) and GOD (Love) will find follow you.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/20/09

Whatever we are called to do on this earth, in this lifetime, requires us to have many skills. Some assignments we have or are called to do require more at times than others. Sometimes we go outside of ourselves seeking a skill set to assist us with certain projects. But, what do we do if we can't find that skill set in our community?

We look deeper on the inside. We can have the capacity to success in all of the projects and task we are assigned to according to the Word of God. God has already given us the ability to live a well-balanced prosperous life!

We have the ability to be our own counselor, caregiver, teacher, student and the list can go on and on and on. I now (use to fight it) take on roles with a willingness and joyfully attitude that will help me to continue my calling.

There were times I felt uncomfortable. I question my ability to make decision regarding my own personal health, happiness and well-being which gave me a feeling of always being dependent and powerless.

However, I found that God has not given me the spirit of fear. I do have the necessary faith and intelligence to deal with any situation that comes before me as long as I acknowledge God. I am strong enough to live and work in this world by relying total on God's direction.

Today, begin to embrace what God has called you to do. Whatever you need is already on the inside of you. Begin to celebrate the inner strength and resourcefulness God has placed in your life.

Much love,
Joseph

There will come a time in your life when you will have the strength to stand up for what you believe; you will persevere in the face of challenges and obstacles; you will speak and act in the service of an ideal; and you will find yourself protecting those who are too weak to fight for themselves. This strength and perseverance will come from within - the within being God.

The strength and ability is already in you. You just need a start point. A starting point can begin for example, taking a stand for yourself in a certain relationship or situation, or you may have a vision you want to realize, and you know you will need the courage, energy, and strength that only God can provide for you to succeed. Similarly, if you find that you often feel scared, anxious, or powerless, going within will be the antidote you need.

One excellent way to cultivate the presence of your God within you is to choose a role model who embodies the qualities of bravery, strength, and vitality. What better model would there be as Jesus Christ - the Son of the Most High God?

Begin to spend time in prayer, meditation on Him (Jesus). Ask Jesus to live within you - giving you the same potential, supernatural energy, supernatural power that He has which makes you capable of handling any situation.

I did and it worked!:)

Much love,
Joseph

Most of you would know I started my Yoga practice in November 2003 and started teaching in April 2004. Yoga as I have stated more times than few - changed my life.

This is where I actually learn about meditation. Even though the Bible speaks of meditation, I never really understood it until I started practicing Yoga and now it seemed like churches are now taking about practicing meditation. I'm yet to tuck legs behind my head (I don't believe it's impossible for me, I just need more physical practice and get a clear vision of me doing this).

The main thing Yoga has done for me more than anything else is to bring about a clearer description of the teachings of Jesus - we do everything with the idea we are preparing ourselves to serve and love God with all our being (spirit, mind, body) and serve and love others the same.

Yoga has taught me how to give and give and give and keep on giving. God stated that whatever we are due for doing His will - He will take care of it and we don't have to worry about it at all!

If you have never tried a Yoga class - let me invite you to try just one. If you are on a fast pace, Yoga will slow you down. It will help you to re-evaluate and re-prioritize things. Yoga will bring peace, rest, joy, love and balance into your life, just to name a few.

The other it will do - bring you to a closer relationship with God - All Mighty! It did for me.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/17/09

Love will bring peace where where before there was pain. Love brings a willingness to turn the other cheek rather than insisting on being right. Yes, it is beyond anyone’s understanding. All it takes to change how we see our lives, how we live our lives, how we envision our lives for the future, is a willingness to fall in love with God!

When we are willing to fall in love with God, God makes it possible to make the decision to forgive and let go of others. The result is gratifying. I know of countless people from various places in the world who have made this decision. You can make so dramatic a change with the love of God living and abiding on the inside of you.

The love of God gives us hope and assurance that we can all be blessed with when we look upon others with His love and love them as He (God) does. Only then can we experience the peace that we deserve.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/16/09

I strive to just "love" on people. This is the key to my and your freedom - freedom from fear, rejection, and failure just to name a few. Love is a gift from God that should be shared and used as a blessing to all who are on this journey with us.

But, until we are engulfed with the love of God, we will not be able to recognize that which we have been created to do. Until we can love others as God loves us, we will not be able to give our love gifts to the world around us.

Our love for one another should be as God's love is to us. God's love for us is not controlled by or invested in how we respond to Him. God's love is not into manipulating us to carry out some aspect of our lives according to His wishes.

Instead God is about developing a healthy interdependence love relationship with us — that is, independence that frees all of us to be all we can be, but still allows us to get an appropriate amount of support and encouragement from Him when needed.

Now, what are you going to do?

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/15/09

I am coming into contact with many individuals who have come to the realization that they have spent most of their lives letting the actions or words of people set the tone of their behavior, their feelings, their attitudes, their self-assessment, and lastly their dreams. Sad to admit, they had never realized it. They simply felt they could not be the one who could or should decide who they could be in life.

After much time spent with these individuals I was able to get them to see that the actions of others does not need to affect how they think or act. I shared with them people have no control over them!

There is a difference between allowing the actions of others influence our life and respecting their opinions while maintaining our own perspective and integrity. They had to come to the realization that they were allowing others to keeps them stuck in old, unproductive behavior and filled with uncertainty and anxiety.

If we let others decide who we will be, how we will act, and what we will feel is really saying we have given up our own life in exchange for whatever the other person wants us to be. When we accept words, actions, and reactions that are not consistent with our personal values, we are not living our own lives. We are not free.

God send His Son Jesus to make us free from the above. All you have to do is to accept Him, find out His Master Plan For Your Life and the rest will be history. I did!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/14/09

There have been times that I thought what others thought matter more than what I thought. I felt as if I wanted to please other rather than listen to the inner voice (Holy Spirit). It actually began an addiction.

I had to get this thing out of my life. I actually had to come to the place of STOP JUDGING others. I came to the point where I was accountable for my own behavior and others were accountable for themselves. This was such a major change in my life. I, yes, became sane, had peace and deepen my walk with God.

You might be in the same position today. You need to get out of that bad situation, don't worry about what people will say. It is now time for you to get into recovery. It is your choice and right to decide what kind of day you are going to have - not others!

Don't allow others to trigger your behavior, your feelings, your attitude or self-assessment. Do not spend another day letting the actions of words or mere glances of others affect how you think or act.

At the end of your life - no one will be at the judgment seat but you and God. So how about you and God talk about and get this settle today?

Much love,
Joseph

Truth is the thing that will set you and me free. Truth defines who we are. Truth speak volume. We all at times have lived in somewhat a fantasy at one time of another. We were someone else. But, the truth cannot lie and we can not hide from it for too long.

To break this down, our bodies even know when we are not living and walking in truth. We have a challenging time swallowing when we say something that is not truth or living in truth. We only deceive ourselves when we try to hide.

Now, where did the un-truth come from - light or darkness? It came from darkness! Whether we learned if from our childhood, friends, relatives, etc., it doesn't matter. When we live in un-truth we develop a cycle of denial and disassociation which can lead into abandonment.

We all need healing in this area. Your healing, deliverance and transformation will only come until you come to the point that you seek truth. Seeking truth is seeking God where darkness can not live - only light!

Take time today - give yourself to Truth (God). Make a choice to live by Truth. What may have happen for years can be turned around in just a short period by being a seeker of Truth.

Much love,
Joseph

How you see yourself will influence how you perceive your reality. If you feel you are lacking or don't have enough, you then look around and nothing is there. But, if you see yourself having more than enough, not lacking anything, you look around and see an entire different picture - one that is full of blessings!

From personal experience the more blessings I see, the more abundant I feel and the more blessings I attract into my life. Same situation, if you only see lack, you will tend to attract lack.

Another note, if you find yourself habitually living in a feeling of lack, it may be due to a core belief formed in your childhood or even the people you are currently hanging with.

God is the source of abundance. He is not a God of lack or just enough. You can correct they way you see things by becoming aware that God wants you and I to be blessed and living in abundance.

Try this - take 10 or 15 minutes each day to pray or meditate with God. Spend time in His Word. As you do this, your mind and spirit will begin to see yourself in a state of unlimited abundance, handling the financial demands and others things in your life with total ease, drawing from an endless supply of resource - God.

Know and believe this - it is your birthright to be fully supported in the fulfillment of your needs and desires!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/11/09

The Word of God tells us to make our request(s) know to God. To ask for something does not mean we have to beg or plead from a place of lack or unworthiness. God also says in His Word that it is His good pleasure to give us things.

It’s like placing an order at a restaurant, we don’t need to beg the waitress for what we want or prove to them we deserve to have what we order off the menu. It is their job to give us what we ask for; we only have to tell them what we want.

Once we have a clear vision of what we desire and that desire is lined up with the Word of God, then we simply ask for it, believe it will be given and know that it is God's will for us to have it.

One great way to bring this to past is spending time in meditation. Allowing your spirit to become silent. Focusing on how much God loves you and wants you to have your desires come true. Let me say this again (in another way), become still, it is important that we find the quiet time to spend with God.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/10/09

The Bible states that God has, see 2 Peter 1:3 (Amplified Bible) - "For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [[a]full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue)."

Sadly to say, many people don’t always fully realize the above statement. They have been taught to accept what they are given and not even to dream of anything more.

My dreams is God whispering to me, planting an idea of what’s possible while directing me toward the best use of the gifts He has placed in my life! God truly wants to give us our hearts’ desires, but we need to be clear about what they are and ask for them.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/9/09

The other day after class, one of the students text me to asked if I was now in a relationship with the opposite sex. My answer was no. Then I asked her why she ask? She said she had notice within the last month I had a glow about me; I had pep in my step; I seemed happier than she has ever seen me.

My answer to her was I had fallen back in love with God or come to a deeper love with God. I suppose when we see people as she saw me – different than before – we immediately come to the conclusion they are in love or have found love. She was correct!:)

As mentioned in previous blogs, change is in the air. The major change for me was falling in love again with God! I even prayed that my love for God would just stir up my mind of remembering when I first fell in love with God.

That love is build into my memory now so that I think of my love for God before I get dressed in the morning. My mind is renewed to it that I think of it when I leave my home every day, or sit down at the table to eat, and even before I go to bed at night.

One more thing, because I keep my love for God on our minds like this, it changes how I interact with people. No matter what they say or do to me, my first thought is to respond in love. If I disregard that thought by yielding to the flesh and acting in a way that’s unloving, I will immediately be aware that I have been disobedient, and I will repent. Then I will get right back on track.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/8/09

Sometimes you have to do things that will not be popular with everyone. You will have to find what is right for you. If you don't chose God as your Father, then, by default Satan is. Yes, that is a strong statement. Would it sound better if I said "if you don't chose light as your guide, then, by default, darkness becomes your guide."

In simple words, when you don't make a conscious decision about things, then, decisions about things regarding you are made by default, meaning they are not conscious decisions.

If you just drift along on the road that is wide, then you really don't take your life as being important.

One of the reason people don't make decisions to go against the grain is FEAR. Many feel the FEAR of being threatened in making decisions not popular. You may experience confusion or become defensive for your choices if you have fear.

You may even lose friends when you start making such decisions - start thinking for yourself. You may not be understood or supported with such decisions - especially if you have to explain and re-explain your points of view and reason.

Now comes LOVE - where there is gentleness, openness, and tolerance. With LOVE motivating you - you become calmly persistent, consistent, and clear as you communicate to those around you why you are making the choices you are making.

At the same time, you do have the right to say that you are tired of talking about it and simply need your choices to be respected. Your life belong to you and so do your decisions. Those who truly love us will stand by us and support our choices, never mind those that don't agree.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/7/09

I am finding that meditation if the key to be staying in the middle of the place of BLESSING from God, no matter what is going on in the world around me.

You and I were born on this earth with specific callings or assignments from God. For us to find out what the callings or assignments are is going to require us taking the necessary time to spend with God in mediation.

I believe taking our place in the callings of God is not just for our own sakes, but for the sake of the millions of people around the world who need to see living proof that God loves them!

One great way to do this is to meditate – even if it is just for a few minutes a day – on how much God loves you.

Spend time meditating on phrases such as “God loves me as much as the other person.” “I have no reason to fear because fear does not live in me.” “I only trust in the love of God – therefore I have no reason to fear.”

In your meditation, you will find ways and be able to help many who are losing everything they have.

After you have meditate, now take time to bless someone. Bless, encourage, build up, smile, speak words of grace and faith.

Much love,
Joseph

If you have hidden your love of God for so long that it has shrunk to an ember, find your way back to the Father. Don't worry about a list of everything you have not done. Just ask God for a renewed relationship. Then ask Him how you can positively utilize your relationship with Him in order to let His light shine through you daily.

You were born with gifts that God wants to use for the building of His Kingdom. You may not know on earth, but will in Heaven the impact your light has had on others. You can be certain that when you embrace your talents and share them with others, you will spread illumination in the world.

Now, do the right thing!:)

Much love,
Joseph

Many Christians hide their relationship with Christ from the community of people they are associated with. They fear some of their peers may be envious of the relationship they have with Christ and thus overly critical of their use of faith, belief, etc.

Yet, there is a vast chasm that separates those who let Christ shine and those who seek only to draw attention to themselves. When you dare to share Christ with the world, the beauty and perfection of your soul become clearly visible. You become a whole being, literal embodiment of your vast potential just by being part of the God family.

No matter what your profession, you will come to understand that you do the world no favors when you hold yourself back and not let them know you are a follower of Christ!

Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/4/09

We all are each born with a unique gift(s) that only we can perform. Within each of us is the desire to know God - know His love, a love that can potentially make the world a more beautiful place.

But in many, that desire lies dormant, snuffed out by fears and feelings of inadequacy. God says to come as you are to Him! He will not reject you - no matter what you have done in the past or during at the present.

Don't undermine the love God has for you by hiding your abilities and quashing your dreams. Don't deny yourselves and others this wealth of experiences. You will find un-tapped abilities which are a part of who you are and when you take God at His Word, only then will you affirm His love, His esteem for you, and trust with which you view yourself.

Moreover, as you become connected with God through His Son - Jesus - others that you are called to witness and minister to, will do the same - freeing themselves to know LOVE (God)!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/3/09

I graduated from college with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Math. During the time I was in undergraduate school working toward the B.S. Degree, I was also attending Bible school at night in which I graduated in Pastoral Ministries. I'm now a Yoga teacher.

I come in contact with many people who are committed to professions they never planned to pursue. Along with them, I found circumstances brought me to where I am today. Each of us, has been blessed with a purpose – a Master Plan which God established before we were born into this earth.

We were not born with an understanding of the magnitude of the Master Plan God had for us. Many I know are drifting through life, feeling directionless. They are striving to identify what they are called to do – wanting to live their potential and live a more authentic life.

To find what you are called or was born to do, you must consider your interests in the present and the passions that moved you in the past. You may have felt attracted to a certain discipline or profession throughout your young life only to have steered away from your aspirations upon reaching adulthood.

Consider what motivates you. Then narrow it down. If you want to work with students, ask yourself what work will allow you to do so. You may be able to refine your life’s work within the context of your current occupations. And, you may not. You may have to find another occupation.

If you want to make a change in society, do you have the skill set and talents to do this? Look at your strengths, passions, beliefs, and values. This will help you narrow refine your search for purpose.

In doing all of the above, I would first SEEK GOD, spend time in daily meditation with Him. Ask God to clarify your life’s work by providing signs. Then, you be sure to pay attention.

From personal experience, God will reveal to you as you seek Him – your calling in life. You will know you have come to that place of your calling when you wake eager to face each day and you feel good about not only what you do but also who you are.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/2/09

I have talked about this in previous blogs, there is a change in the air. Transitions are coming whether you desire them or like them or not - they are coming. And, they are coming on your Yoga mat and off your Yoga mat.

I have come to the place in my life where I have a new found respect for my Yoga practice and my spiritual walk or practice with God. I have a new resolve to be more thoughtful in my transitions that God has placed before me and the transitions I am working with or on my Yoga mat.

I will no longer rush to the destination of the next pose in my Yoga practice. I will no longer rush to the destination of the next phase of my life. I will be mindful that the transitions I'm facing are a true experience of who I am. I know I'm not alone in this.

Don't allow the urgency in your mind or muscle to drive you to race hurriedly to the destination pose of place in your life to find some relief. You will find your true self as you take your time and arrive when you are suppose to at that destination.

I often tell students who attend the Yoga classes I teach that everything we do in Yoga consists of some type of core work. But, I also tell them to don't forget to breath - breathe and take your time moving from one transition to the other.

Your Yoga practice is a mirror of your life. It's all about loving and experiencing the joy the journey.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 10/1/09

God is the one who gives you the desire to move forward in prosperity (spirit, mind, body). We are place on this earth to go forth. God can not fail and because you are a child of God, you should not have fear or frustration of failure.

God and His wisdom will reveal the perfect plan for your life. With time attitude and all frustration dispenses! What I'm really saying is to get a new vision of yourself!

How about doing this? Lift God up in everyone and see each person as he or she ought to be - a son or daughter of God. Exalt God in the mist of everyone. Place them with majesty and excellence and adorn and embellish them with the love of God.

Only as you exalt God within you - yourself, will you then be able to exalt God in others. And, with this comes healing, prosperity, safety, freedom, just to name a few. Get a new vision of yourself!

Much love,
