Thought For Today - 7/31/09

For several years I taught Introduction to Computer System for incoming students at Northlake College in Irving, TX. As teacher, I found that most of the students were driven by letter grades.

As a Yoga teacher, I'm delighted that students are motivated. However, many have different incentives. One student seeks to achieve the perfect asana. Another is looking for pain relief, and a third is addicted to the post-Savasana (relaxation pose) high.

As a Yoga teacher, I seek to find what motivates the students. I have asked myself if I'm helping them cultivate self-mastery, or do they seek to please me as their teacher?

One thing I have done is shared with them that there is no such thing as a "perfect pose." I tell students to get the most out of their pose even if it means not achieving what some call a textbook pose.

My goal is to also help cultivate in the student self-reliance to help them master their own goals and become self-sufficient in their Yoga practices, rather than just becoming a "good" Yoga student.

All of the classes I teach are different because the students are different, the energy is different, their practice are different. So, I recognize the stage a student is in and teach according to the needs of that stage. We all grow in stages. We need different challenges and lessons as a child, as a teenager, and finally as an adult.

God is the same way with us as students of His class room. We grow from faith to faith and God teaches us according to the needs of that faith or stage we are in. In our Christian walk there is no perfect Christian. We are just "forgiven."

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/30/09

Well, it seems like I have been talking about meditation a lot lately. Some years ago meditation helped me lose many, many pounds of weight. I had to change the mental image of myself in order for that to had happen. Meditation will help you change images of yourself.

I actually use to get up 3am or 4am to spend that time with God and meditation. I spent years developing the wrong image of myself. So, it was going to take time and EFFORT to change the images.

Of course, it seemed nearly impossible to crawl out of my sleeping and stumble to my place of communion with God and meditation on His Word. However, during and after the time of fellowship, of course, I was grateful for making the choice to get up.

I had to cast down the wrong kind of imaginations. Yes, there were times creating the new images was challenging because darkness and the old images were blocking the way.

It is in that instant of choice when spiritual awakening is made, or deferred—not just in the time when you choose to commune with God and meditate on any given day, but in every instant of every day.

Every choice we make is either governed by your ego or governed by the leading of the Spirit of God. In the moment of choice, you might ask yourself "Does this serve God?" or more specifically, "Am I coming from ego or coming from being led by the Spirit of God?"

Most mornings when I would get up at 3am or 4am, my spirit won the inner dialogue and I made it to place of communion with God and meditation; some days I allowed the ego to govern and I chose to sleep in. The point, however, is not to beat yourself up if you succumb to the ego. Whatever the outcome, it is progress simply to recognize that you have a choice, and to bring mindfulness to that choice.

My choice is communing with God.

Much love,
Joseph

Meditation - let me talk about this again. Meditation is not as mysterious as most Christians believe it is. Some have looked at me weird or became critical of my statements "I meditate." I have been told that is sounds like positive thinking (what is wrong with that?) or transcendental meditation. But, I'm not talking about this form of meditation.

Meditation is found in many religions, including Judaism. Scriptural (Biblical) medication simply means focusing or thinking about and reflecting on the Word of God. It means putting your attention on a particular scripture and mentally applying it to your personal situation again and again until that scripture permanently gets into your spirit and becomes part of your consciousness.

Meditation is so important because it can affect our lives in a way that nothing else can. Meditation can change or alter your mind.

The Bible speaks of meditation in Joshua 1:8. Let this be an example for you. Use it to change the inner images that have held you back for so long. You will find just as Joshua and many others in the Bible, including myself, that it is truly one of God's most effective for success!

Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/28/09

Some years ago I learned that God is not holding back anything that will set me free and assure me total overcoming victory in life! I found out that God will do anything in the world for me when I started living in love, acting in love and walking in love. I started by telling God how much I loved Him and appreciated Him. I started keeping His commandments of love and He just begin to shower me with blessings that I only mere thought about.

One morning I realized or became aware of God's love in my life as I felt so overwhelmed. I could not do anything but just sit in amazement. This was the beginning of the first time in my life I thought of God, felt His presence and didn't have to or need to ask Him for anything.

The experience was so great I could only raise my hands and tell God how much I loved Him. Being so in love with God and His Son Jesus you will find out there is nothing He would not do for you. He will give you everything you need to succeed. You will have the edge!

Now receive and take hold of this! Be all that God has created you to be!

Much love,
Joseph

It's important to have a daily communication with God, to have a developing ability to see thoughts clearly. As you have deep communications with God, you begin to see your life and you will also begin to examine it. In this you actually begin to connect with your life. Unless you begin to do this, our mere life existing will not be satisfying.

To be completely honest it takes real courage to start up a communication with God. One main reason is little by little you become aware of things you might thought were not in you such as fear.

Fellowship with God will help you become fearless. It allows you to develop wisdom. From this comes courage. From this we are able to develop compassion, not just for ourselves but for the entire human race. And, from this we move forward toward a more open and genuine life!

Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/26/09

Over the past several weeks (maybe months) a few of the classes I teach Yoga in numbers have grown to over 100 per class. This was something that has not just happen over night. I remember when I first started teaching in April 2004 there were only 4-7 individuals attending class. This was on the high side too.:)

The large numbers now in the classes has brought with it challenges such as having a room large enough to fit everyone, having the room at the right temperature, being able to adjust and so forth.

However, one issue that has really struck my attention is the lack of community from some that attend the classes. It has been very challenging to just get individuals to move their mats closer in order for all to fit in class.

The other night I was amazed when I ask individuals to move their mats closer and they answered "no." This was their space and they didn't want to share. Now this is a Yoga class - where love should flow within each person and throughout the room.

As I went home that night I must admit I was somewhat challenged with the reactions of those individuals. I actually had to turn away several students from class that night due to this situation.

I spent time in meditation and prayer over this - pondering how to get students to the place of love and community. The next day - the answer came clear. I was to continue to walk in love and actually begin each class with a few minutes on loving one another. This is what is lacking - love for one another.

My assessment now is including to help individuals to open their hearts and keep them open. Only then will they experience miracles which will unfold right before their eyes.

Much love,
Joseph

I have a friend who is also a Life Coach. Recently, I sat down with him and shared some of my personal thoughts. His response was to me - relax, get to know Joseph, get comfortable with Joseph, enjoy myself, accept myself, like myself.

You know I have followed his suggestions and it has and is happening. I'm learning the things that are actually bringing healing and growth into my life. I will keep loving Joseph. I will keep moving forward. I will continue to love.

Much love,

Thought For Today - 7/24/09

I'm having to learn to appreciate myself all over again or maybe for the very first time. There have been times (and still some) that I would just constantly drive myself to grow and improve. I had to catch myself from doing this to others.

I now tell myself - take it easy, take it one day at a time (some days one hour at a time), no more pushing. My heart has been telling me to appreciate what I already do. I also had to learn how to say "NO." I was denying myself of any feeling of satisfaction of things I had done in the past. I had develop a habit of just not being good enough or doing enough.

I needed a break. I needed to get away. I needed to take a real break. I gave myself permission to stop pushing, stop saying "Yes." I now value my time. I now applaud my own efforts. I have fallen in love with Joseph.

I even speak to my body - telling the members how much I love and appreciate them for putting up with me. Want to know what I heard in one conversation? I'm doing better than I thought.

Love yourself today!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/23/09

If you want fellowship with God to be in your life for a long time, do not make a rigid structure and then chastise yourself when you don't comply with it. It's much better to keep a open mind and develop tenderness toward yourself.

Missed a day? You'll begin again the next day. Where are you going anyway but right where you are? This does not mean structure isn't important. It's easier to return to something solid than to an amorphous intention to some plan to communicate with God.

I tell people to begin with five minutes — a time structure and set aside — and clarify it even more. When should you communicate for those five minutes? In the morning, right before bedtime, when it's noon—no matter where you are or what you're doing?

If you choose a time, it makes the practice sturdier. And if you commit to a regular place — driving to or riding the bus to work, in front of the altar in your bedroom, walking in the park - it deepens the intention.

Structure allows you to more simply drop in without giving the inner pessimistic voice much space. The ego can give a hundred reasons not to communicate and fellowship with God. Structure helps support your urge to do it anyway.

So, let's do it! Also, that 5 minutes will increase because of your desire, but you have to start somewhere.:)

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/22/09

My life is pretty simple. My behavior is to really be conscious about what I eat, drive, purchase and how to walk more in the love of God. My Yoga teacher Baron Baptiste stated many times during my teacher training with him "Less is more." I'm at the point in my life where I am making more time for doing the things I love and this can only come from simplifying my life.

I want to encourage you to look at your life. I want to encourage you to start living a simply life. I try not to have a lot of unnecessary things around myself and I don't hanker after what other people may have. Desire for external things can and has caused much suffering for many. Finding God is finding peace and happiness within.

Would I like that special someone to join me in my simple life? You know it!!!

I really don't think you can truly begin your spiritual journey until you recognize that happiness can not be bought. If you are seeking peace, truth and a meaningful relationship with God, you will become aware and stop mindlessly acquiring possessions.

My Yoga practice has really helped me with my walk with Christ - the more I simplify and do my practice, the more I find strength and certainty within. And, because of the certainty within, that special someone is coming.:)

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/21/09

Love is strong but it can also be fragile. Everyone wants to be treated tenderly, and it is so easy to forget that when we strongly disagree.

When we see things differently, gentleness should guide our speech. Emotionally havoc usually comes not from the issues that divide us so much as from the things we say and do because of the issues that divide us.

From personal experience, it is often the simple things that we disagree about. Learning how to disagree with love is so important.

The love challenge in any situation is first to recognize a person's love and innocence, and then to speak from that perspective. It is not our disagreements that causes wounds, but our criticism, attack, and blame that causes wounds.

Until we know we are solidly on loving ground (walking in love), past the temptation to even subtly blame, we should be very mindful with what we say and how we say it. Words can cut and words can heal.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/20/09

A couple of weekend ago I attended a Yoga type workshop on the 3rd Chakra. The leader of the workshop stated to me (we talked briefly after the workshop) that I was a care-giver. However, I had given out and my supply was depleted and I needed to recharge. So true were her words.

I'm learning on who to be a care-giver to, when and how. I also came to the conclusion that I need someone I can talk/vent to. I also am relearning I need to really be still, surrendering my mind to God. From Him, I learn how to summon directions, help, peace, rest and many, many more things.

The stiller I become, the more God moves into powerful action on my behalf. Forces that I could never be consciously aware of being to move in my directions. The less stiller I am - the more emotionally and mentally fidgety I become.

Thoughts For Today - 7/19/09

In today's society, it seems like hate is more powerful than love, but it is not! The problem I see is that hatred today is more energetic and active than love. Guys, it is now time for this generation to allow ourselves to love deep within our communities. Love is the greatest antidote to the darkness of this time!

We will only see and experience the absence of hatred when we learn to love as God loves, and God loves all of us as one.

Every person is a part of us and we are a part of every person. The more mindful and responsible we become to the love of God, the fewer relationship disasters we will enc outer and/or create in our lives.

When I was growing up we used the word "Holiness" a lot in our church. Holiness is what surrounds a relationship with light, love, so that darkness of blame and judgment has less or no chance of coming into our thoughts.

An important note - before beginning any relationship is a perfect time to surrender it to God, before the ego has a chance to claim it. This will set the tone for what will follow.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/18/09

One of my good friends mentioned to me the other day that "we all are connected." I agreed with him and the statement. However, I begin to really ponder that statement in great details. Two words kept coming up in my spirit - "truth" and "peace."

Peace is more than the absence of war. It's the presence of peace, where we are in the moment, where we are as loving one another. But, if we are not living in the presence of peace, we are living in the presence of fear, doubt and probably some type of angry or hatred, which give peace, truth and love little room to grow.

This is why knowing the truth of our spiritual oneness (oneness with God) and embracing it within our hearts is the ultimate answer to every problem in the world. Yep, that's right.

At the level of our spiritual reality, none of us are separate. Yes, the body has differences, but the spirit does not. Until we reach that place in ourselves where we identify with one another beyond our differences, we will perpetuate the disharmony that results from spiritual immaturity!

Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/17/09

Most of us begin our days with the washing of our bodies of the dirt from the previous day. Yet, we more times than less go into the new day without cleansing our minds from the stuff we accumulated the day before.

Our minds can carry more pollution that our bodies. Our minds not only can carry the toxicity we have, but the community in which you associate with on a daily basis. Some people carry fear, anxiety, stress and pain that are not their own, but of friends, family, our community of associations, etc.

Want to get rid of it? When you begin your morning - go into the inner room of your heart, spend time with God, spend time in meditation, let this time be cleansed of fear-based thoughts and feelings. This is where you will get your spiritual sight, direction, etc. for that day. In doing this your mind becomes renewed.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/16/09

We have something to be happy about; every time we see our children and they smile; every time we get out of bed in the morning; every time we take a deep breath; every time we go for a walk, we have something to ALWAYS be happy about. Happiness is something we must use daily or it will wither away.

Whatever we focus on is bound to expand. Where we see the negative, we call forth more negative. Where we see the positive, we call forth more positive.

Having loved and lost, I now love more passionately. Having won and lost, I now win more soberly. Having tasted the bitter, I now savor the sweet.

Can you relate to this!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/15/09

With the way things are going on in the world today, the stresses of our society make us feel like peace is a million miles away. In reality it may also seem like God is a million miles away. I have found that keeping a strong Yoga practice shows me it's right in my reach. It only reinforces what the Bible speaks about peace. As a teacher both of Yoga and ministry, I have made it my goal to help individuals I come into contact with with certain tools that will help them to cultivate peace on and off their Yoga mats.

While we have external peace - obtaining internal peace can be challenging. From personal experience, no matter what is happening outside, when I come into my inner spirit, I am at peace. I find that place where I can communicate with God. It does not matter if I'm driving on a freeway or in line at the grocery store, I have peace that surpasses understanding.

Let's take time to be peaceful and calm. When we are calm we can become more focus. When calmness and peace is ours, we are receptive to our soul. We allow ourselves the fellowship with God on a very personal level. This can be one of the greatest gifts I can share with you!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/14/09

We are living in days where our trust must be in God. We must trust God for the bills, for the jobs, for the food, for your health, for everything. God is your source. You must recognize that God is with you and He is for you. God is faithful. In the mist of trouble God is there.

We will have trial, stress, tribulations, etc. God will always show up during these times. He is faithful. He will provide. We can have joy while we are experiencing challenges. Why? Because God is there with us in the mist of the fire.

In the mist of hard time, we know where to go. No matter what the world is saying - we got to hold on to God's unfailing Word. Our attitude is that nothing is impossible when we believe!

Be and stay faithful to God. Be and stay faithful to LOVE. Let everything you do and say be filled with the love of God.

You will either believe what I'm saying above or not. It is your choice. :)

Joseph

When you are in conversation and often feel you need to censor your conversation, you may be compromising your fifth chakra, the throat chakra. The gateway between the head and the heart, this energy center includes the neck, the shoulders, the mouth, and the thyroid and parathyroid glands. If the throat is in balance, you will feel comfortable speaking your truth to all people, in any situation and at any time.

It is very important to always speak your truth. It is also very important to be thoughtful with your words.

For more information on the charkas, including how these can relate to your physical being, check out this website: http://www.myss.com/catalog/anatomy-of-the-spirit.htm

We have to come to grips with this truth: If we are going to accomplish what God has called us to do and stay in the race, we can not do it in the natural. We must do it beyond ourselves!

God must be involved in every step we take in His plan for our lives and work. It has taken me about 25 years to figure this out. God is not looking for someone who has it all together. He does not expect us to have all the resources or limitless funds we will need to get the job done. God gave us faith and His Word.

God is calling us to do the impossible. We take hold on faith and He provides wisdom and understanding for us to follow through. God even calls people to help us to fulfill our mission, including the finances.

Now, what has God called you to do?

Joseph

Thougth For Today - 7/11/09

Hey, you may not believe this, but God is constantly working on our behalf to maneuver us into the exact place we need to be. Our part is to submit to Him and what He is doing in us, and realize we are not called to just coast through life.

I had my first encounter with God at the age of five and even as far as I can remember I have never been able to just coast in my life. This is actually good because if you think you can just coast, you will be moved by every wind and tide that comes along, and eventually go backward.

God has always had a challenge for me to keep me moving forward. He has always had goals and opportunities set before me that have kept me focused and challenged me to stay in the race.

God never lets me stay still. He keeps me moving. I walk out His plan for me step by step, by faith.

Why don't you do the same?

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/10/09

The Bible tells me not to judge or I will be judged. When we judge others, any feelings of love, relaxation, or peace that you might had are lost.

Whether you're judging others or yourself, it's impossible to aim negative judgments — in any direction — without experiencing the sharp edges of judgment within yourself.

In fact, the faults we judge most harshly in other people usually turn out to be our own negativities, projected outward.

We blame ourselves or others when situations make us feel uneasy. But if we learn to discern rather than judge, we begin to see our difficult feelings for what they really are.

If you are walking and living in the love of God - there is not room for judgment of others. Let God do that. Our responsibility is only to love God and our neighbor.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/9/09

I have talked to several people in the past weeks regarding spending time in the Word. What I found out was - lately, their time spent in the Word has been more a source of self-reproach than renewal. Their Bible sitting on a desk, silently questions their choices of checking morning emails, watching the morning news or rushing off to work. Their Bible is waiting for them when they arrive at home. It hasn't been open in days.

We can try to make deals with God regarding our time spent with Him and in His Word. We can say "God, let me finish this email, let me finish seeing what the weather is today, I promise I will read Your Word and spend time with you tomorrow." But tomorrow becomes the next day, then the next. Before you know it, it's been nearly a week with your Bible untouched, your mind at unrest, and your spirit in protest.

When we know we are capable of committing to a daily reading of God's Word or just talking with Him for weeks or even months, why do we sometimes find ourselves suddenly derailed?

Let me assure you that you are not alone in this pattern; most people have gone through periods of deep connection, followed by an unplanned withdrawal from reading the Word or communicating with God. For some, without the discomfort of separation, wouldn't realize how integral our time with God is to our well-being.

Whether you're in a waxing or waning period of your time with God, may you be kind to yourself, observe how you feel, and know that you're not alone. Now, do the right thing - start spending time with God and His Word!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/8/09

On a weekly and sometimes daily basis I wish I could convince others to have faith and trust in God who surrounds and protects me. I feel such bliss in knowing that even in the direst times, my prayers are heard and answered by God. I have seen and experienced far too many miracles to believe otherwise.

God has moved mountains in my personal and professional life. Whenever I have tried in past times striving on my own, pushing and getting nowhere, I realized that it was time to step back and remember what the Word said in Matthew 17:20, He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." NIV

Nothing is impossible for you when you have faith -- in yourself and in God!

Much love,
Joseph

Hi friends, family, & Yogis,

My love for Yoga has officially spread to the canvas. Please join me in celebrating my 1st art show at Yoga Island on July 10th, 7-9pm. If my "Yoga-rific" (yeah, I said it) art isn't enough to entice you to come, there will also be a free wine & tea tasting and raffle prizes.

Feel free to bring friends; they've requested adults only, apparently yogis + wine = potential craziness . . . Hope to see you there!

Thought For Today - 7/7/09

I come in contact with so many individuals who are living in a fear-based reality. Fear has affected their state of mind and their decisions. They have become more compliant, more willing to surrender their rights for vague promises of safety. They are less demanding and less willing to take risks. They are security oriented and less open to new possibilities - all because they see the future through the eyes of fear.

Fear distorts what you see. It focuses primarily on the negative, highlights potential threatening, dismiss alternative options, and causes you to compromise your values out of the urgent need to survive.

Fear can even shut down your intuition as well as common sense. When you live in fear your life energy is lost to dread as the body braces and the heart closes in anticipation of what is to come.

So, how is it possible to live in this world, face the things that we encounter every day, and still confidently say, "no to fear"? I have the answer! Living a fear-free lifestyle is not only possible - but it is something you can do.

We have help. We are not alone. We have a God Who loves us, provides for us and protects us. God' Word has already stated He loves us so much that He wants us to know exactly what to do when we come up against difficult times in our lives.

I can quote and mention various scriptures in the Bible that speaks to us regarding fear. But due to not wanting to make this blog too long, I will only use one. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." NKJV

This is God speaking to me and you. Yes, that is correct. As you continue your daily physical Yoga practice, find time to deepen your spiritual practice too. You will inevitably encounter all your fears, some of which you may not even know are within you.

Much love,
Joseph

I often tell students they must trust me when I'm assisting them in certain flying or balancing poses. It really is a requirement in their (and yours) Yoga practice. Many times I tell students what they learn in class carries out into their personal life, including trusting.

We often don't consider the issue of trust in a Yoga class until a challenging poses is asked to be performed such as crow, flying crow, head/hand stands, etc. I generally stand close to students who are attempting theses poses for the first time. They learn that balance is much easier to achieve when they simply trust my presence, my strength, my guidance. Only then are they are able to relax into the pose.

But, there are also times when students have a crash landing or two, or three or four. Yet, in the crashing, they learn to trust themselves.

If you are having situations in your life, be mindful you must trust yourself and God to get you through them. Unlike me, God's strength, guidance and presence far exceeds what I do.

Start trusting God for simple things. Starting trusting yourself to practice a handstand. The principle is the same. TRUST!

Joseph

You may not believe this, but do you know that other people's lives are affected by our obedience? Whether or not we submit to God's will not only affects our lives, but the lives of our families and friends.

And, when it comes to obedience, we may not know or understand everything about a certain situation, but we do not have to be in distress or perplexed. There will always be things we don't know or understand. However, we can trust in God who does and He will always put us over.

God will never leave you nor forsake you! I know He will always cause me to triumph. I know for a surety that God will never let me down. Therefore, I will obey and without question. What about you?

Much love
Joseph

Happy Fourth of July - 2009 (Thought For Today)

This Fourth of July America celebrates its 233rd birthday! While we celebrate our liberties this year, let us not forget that those liberties came only through great, personal sacrifice.

Liberty is never free. Every generation must defend it! We must also celebrate the Fourth of July by setting aside time to thank God for His numerous blessings upon our country - The United States of America.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/3/09

Every person on the face of this earth should experience the love of God. We should be an open door into the love of God for the people with whom we come in contact with. What an honor God has placed upon us, the ability to be loved with His love and the RIGHT TO LOVE.

The world is starved for love. I see it every time I teach a Yoga class. God made us to receive love. The deepest yearning of every person is to be loved and cared for - a desire that can only be fulfilled through the love of God.

As we adhere to the message of love, love will flow from us to others. We are love creatures. We can live the love life. We are the love of God. Let's become addicted to love!

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/2/09

Do you realize you have a calling in and on your life? It is NOW time for you to go back and do what God has called you to do. Whatever that is - you need to go and do it!

Get excited about your purpose on this earth. Get excited about the purpose of God inside your spirit. Don't' even think about other things until you have excited yourself on the inside and out.

Get away from noise, the distractions. Find out what God wants you to do and make a quality decision that nothing will keep you from doing it!

Now, this blog is directed to many of you and you know it!

Quit waiting to feel like you can do what God has called you to do. Just get up, get out there and do it! You have a calling, a job, a responsibility to do and you already have everything you need to do it.

Get excited! Once you do, you will discover the power you have been waiting on has already been right there inside you all the time.

Much love,
Joseph

Thought For Today - 7/1/09

Everything you need is already in you. God put it there. Everything you will ever need in your life, in your spirit, your soul and your finances - to accomplish what God has called you to do - has already been placed inside of you by God!

Faith is there. Power is there. Love is there. It's all there. However if you don't know it's there, you can't stir it up.

You responsible? Recognize what is in you and stir it up. Stir up your faith. Stir up your love. Stir up what God has put in your life and find yourself walking in the power and love of God.

How do you do this? Turn off the TV. Stir up your thinking by reading the Word of God over again and again and again. Go back to praying - praying on your knees. Another way to stir these things up is to start back witnessing (God I use to do this so much) about how good God is to you. Matter of fact, the thing you talk about all the time is the thing you fall in love with.

Is it not time to fall in love with Jesus again?

Much love,
Joseph
